Irha News English 02-03-2024 : (Hyderabad) A seventeen-member delegation from prominent US universities embarked on a seven-day journey across Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, focusing on fostering partnerships with Indian higher education institutions. The visit, part of the IIE Country Spotlight Series, aimed at enhancing U.S.–India collaborations in research, faculty and student exchange, joint degree programs, and establishing Centers of Excellence. IIT Hyderabad welcomed the delegation, led by Prof BS Murty, sharing insights and fostering discussions on mutual research interests and collaborative initiatives. The meeting included presentations from both sides, emphasizing joint research proposals, academic programs, and strengthened academia-industry connections. The engagement showcased the commitment to global education partnerships and the pursuit of cutting-edge research.
